chop:
1 onion
2 carrots
3 stalks of celery
a parsnip
and a potatoe
throw them in a deep sauce pan with 2 table spoons of batter sautee for a bit
add
2 chcick en breast some chicken broth,
chop garlic and ginger and add
add some water as soon as the chicken looks cooked ( you can check this by using your spatuala to divide the chicken into bite size pieces)
add water let boil till poatoes look done,
add some kale or chard for the last few moments
remove from heat
let cool
eat and feel better

this is a staple of my families diet. Similar to french toast but less messy and easier to make.
